Hunan energy saving glass production line project is located in Dongfu Industrial Park, Liling Economic Development Zone, covering an area of about 38000 square meters, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is constructed by Hunan Qibin Energy Saving Glass Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Qibin"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuzhou Qibin Group Co., Ltd

according to the relevant person in charge of Hunan Qibin, the project adopts independent research and development technology and introduces professional imported equipment. The leading products are composite glass products such as Sanyin infrared shielding glass and Low-E glass with low radiation coating. In the project, there are two vacuum magnetron sputtering coating production lines with a length of more than 200 meters, which are Asian ultra long energy-saving glass coating. The plasma process includes adding a layer of ultra-thin and very soft pure glass (silicon oxide) production line in the plasma processing process, which can produce the world's advanced three silver Low-E coated glass, so as to promote the growth of the overall strength of silver, single silver low-radiation coated glass and heat reflection coated glass.
